Aluminum dumpling
Dumpling is a round metal shape with neat
cells on small legs. At the output we get 37 identical, ideally
flat dumplings.
Preparation method:
1. We sprinkle the dumplings with flour. This will help to easily extract dumplings.
2. We roll out two identical layers of dough, a little more than the dumpling itself. Make sure that the dough has the same thickness throughout the area.
3. Put one layer of dough on the dumpling. Using a spoon, carefully pour mince into each cell.
4. We cover the dumpling with the second layer of dough and carefully roll with a rock.
Then we only have to remove the excess dough from the edges and carefully remove
dumplings, turning the dumpling. Enjoy your meal!
